The Miami Heat are on the verge of accomplishing one of the biggest upsets in years, but they must know the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks are not just going to roll over – even with Giannis Antetokounmpo questionable due to a high ankle sprain.

Catch Game 4 on Sunday, September 6 at 3:30 AM (Manila time).

HOME TEAM: #5 Miami Heat (3-0)

The Heat looked like they were going to drop Game 3, but then, they went berzerk in the fourth quarter. Coming in trailing a 12-point deficit, they pummelled the Bucks, 40-13, and came away with a 115-100 win.

Miami is scoring 115.3 points and burying 15.6 threes per game in the series, and such numbers are bound to continue tomorrow as the team is just beaming with confidence right now. Jimmy Butler, whose 17 fourth quarter points in Game 3 outscored the entire Bucks team, should be able that attack mode he’s had all postseason long. He’s logging 27.7 points on 56.1% shooting in the three games.

Goran Dragic and Bam Adebayo will remain as the Heat’s other main weapons, but look out for Jae Crowder as well. The veteran ‘3 and D’ guy is at 14 points and four threes per game in the series.

ROAD TEAM: #1 Milwaukee Bucks (0-3)

Well, aside from the Heat being their Achilles heel, who knows what has happened to the Bucks? They had the best record and top-ranked offense and defense in the league, and the reigning MVP. Now, they look like a subpar playoff team who’s just happy to be there.

Also, as if things aren’t awful enough for the East’s top seed, reports are now saying Giannis is questionable for Game 4 due to a high ankle sprain. He rolled his left ankle midway into the first quarter and was visibly limping for the remainder of the game. He’s averaging 22.3 points, 13.3 rebounds, and 7.7 assists in the series.

Khris Middleton (23 PPG) and Brook Lopez (20.7 PPG) will pick up the scoring slack if Giannis is unavailable – both are at 20-plus PPG in their last three games. No team in NBA history has come back from a 0-3 series deficit, and obviously, it will be even more unattainable should the presumed back-to-back MVP sits out Game 4.

Milwaukee is logging 106 PPG in the series.

PREDICTIONS:

With or without Giannis, I expect the Bucks to put up a tough fight, similar to what they did in Games 2 and 3 prior to having the unlikely disasters.

However, it does look like the Heat are in full control of everything. Butler and company should be able to close this out, 115-112.
