Dallas has booked a ticket to the 2026 WNBA Playoffs, but the Wings can’t take their foot off the gas just yet. They still have something to play for, with a chance to get a higher seed and avoid meeting the top seed in the first round of the postseason. The Wings were humming before the FIBA break, having won four games in a row.
In their most recent outing, they crushed the Connecticut Sun, 97-71, at home. And over that undefeated run, the Wings got 20.5 points on a 51.7 percent shooting from the floor and 55.6 percent shooting from deep from Paige Bueckers, who will once again be a key figure for the Wings, who are 12-7-0 against the spread in home games this season.
In the previous showdown against the Sparks, the former UConn Huskies star Bueckers had 25 points on 10/18 shooting.
