The NBA 2K Players Tournament continues tomorrow, and the players look to have some serious battles ahead of them.

Here are the upcoming matchups, and who I think will come out on top.

Andre Drummond (1.9) vs. Patrick Beverley (1.8)

Andre Drummond cruised through the first round with a 101-49 beatdown of DeMarcus Cousins. However, his upcoming opponent, Patrick Beverley, isn’t exactly a slouch either. He came through with an 84-54 drubbing of Hassan Whiteside in his opening game, as well.

One thing’s for sure, Beverley will continue to trash talk and try to get in his opponent’s head. We’ll see how Drummond responds, but I’m taking the Clippers point guard for the win.

Derrick Jones Jr. (1.5) vs. Montrezl Harrell (2.4)

Derrick Jones Jr. pulled off an “upset” against Kevin Durant with his 78-62 win, but let’s be real, those pre-tournament seedings based on in-game player ratings were a bit ridiculous. He’ll be going up against Montrezl Harrell, who beat Domantas Sabonis 71-53 in his opening game.

I think the right person is favored in this matchup, and I’m going to go with a win for Jones Jr.

Devin Booker (1.55) vs. Rui Hachimura (2.3)

Devin Booker is a gamer, but his 75-65 win over Michael Porter Jr. wasn’t completely convincing. Rui Hachimura, on the other hand, barely survived against 74-71 against Donovan Mitchell.

I thought people were sleeping on Hachimura in the opening round, but I don’t think he’s going to be able to take down Booker.

Trae Young (1.5) vs. DeAndre Ayton (2.4)

Trae Young had himself some fun in his 101-59 destruction of Harrison Barnes, and his upcoming opponent DeAndre Ayton scored less than Barnes in his 57-41 win against Zach Lavine.

In a game of 2K, that doesn’t bode well for Ayton, because they’re playing on All-Star difficulty and it’s not as hard to get those green perfect markers for jumpshots. Young is going to run and gun more than he does in real life, expect him to come up with a big win.

The first game kicks off tomorrow at 7am.
