The T’wolves put together a blazing scoring night against the Spurs, as they shot 55.8 percent from the field and went 21-for-42 from deep. Minnesota has been in some sort of a zone of late.
During their current five-game win streak, the Timberwolves have posted a 50.6 field goal percentage and 61.8 effective field goal percentage. Julius Randle’s willingness to share the ball is impacting Minnesota’s attack positively. He has averaged 7.2 assists in the last five games. He may have to play a bigger role on defense this Thursday, though, with Rudy Gobert listed as questionable with a back issue. Meanwhile, Anthony Edwards has been a nightmare to defend for Denver this season, as he has averaged 31.5 points on 54.3 FG% in Minnesota’s two wins over the Nuggets.

In two games against the Timberwolves, the three-time NBA Most Valuable Player put up 23.0 points (58.6 FG%), 12.0 assists and 6.0 rebounds. If Gobert gets ruled out for this upcoming contest, Jokic could be a good bet to stuff the stat sheets with unreal numbers again.
