It’s a battle between two of the East’s top teams. The Bucks are on a solid another solid run while the Celtics have been stumbling over the past week.

HOME TEAM: Milwaukee Bucks (36-6, 17-4 at home)

The Milwaukee Bucks have won four in a row and nine of their last 10 games. All of their three previous wins have also proved that they are more than just an offensive juggernaut as each victory came by 20 or more points.

Such a momentum is what the team needs for tomorrow’s meeting with the Boston Celtics, whom they lost big to back in October, 116-105.

As always, the mighty Bucks will be riding the shoulders of their trio: Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton, and Eric Bledsoe. Giannis’s contribution cannot be overstated as he is an automatic 30-plus points, 10-plus rebound guy every night, Middleton is averaging 22.1 points 6.4 rebounds, and 4.4 assists in his last 11, and Bledsoe, despite his up-and-down season, has scored 24 or more in two of his last three outings.

ROAD TEAM: Boston Celtics (27-12, 11-8 on the road)

The Celtics come in having lost four of their last six games and have also scored below their scoring average (111 PPG) in three of those losses. The most recent defeat was Thursday’s terrible defensive showing against the much-inferior Detroit Pistons – at home no less. Boston got overwhelmed, 111-103, and allowed the visitors to shoot 60.3% from the floor.

That win versus the Bucks earlier in the season, however, will be something they’ll breed confidence from. Offensively, all starters reached double figures, with Kemba Walker, Jayson Tatum, and Gordon Hayward combining for 78 points and 11 three-pointers, while defensively, they shut down everyone outside of Giannis and Middleton as the rest shot just 37%.

Jaylen Brown (20 PPG) missed that game due to an injury and he’ll be present tomorrow. He’s sure to bring in some firepower on both ends.

PREDICTION:

The Bucks are at the comfort of their home floor and the Celtics have failed to go over 100 points in their last two road games. Giannis and the Bucks should be able to take this, 118-109.
