The Houston Rockets are hoping to make a quick return to the win column as they visit the Milwaukee Bucks, but Giannis Antetokounmpo and company are geared up for another victory of their own.
Catch the game tomorrow, November 10th, at 4:30 AM, Manila time.
AWAY: Houston Rockets (5-3, 3-2 ROAD)
Projected starting five:
- Amen Thompson
- Kevin Durant
- Jabari Smith Jr.
- Alperen Sengun
- Steven Adams
The Rockets wrap up their three-game road trip tomorrow, hoping to bounce back after a 121–110 loss to the Spurs that ended their five-game winning streak. Despite the setback, Houston’s confidence remains high, and this group looks like one of the West’s toughest up-and-coming squads.
Kevin Durant continues to lead the scoring charge, but make no mistake – Alperen Sengun is still the centerpiece of this team. The big man’s all-around game, from playmaking to paint presence, makes him the heartbeat of Houston’s attack and the clear face of their future. Amen Thompson has also found his stride after a slow start, flashing the potential that made him such an exciting young prospect.
Against Milwaukee, the Rockets’ length and versatility will be put to the test. Forwards Jabari Smith Jr., Tari Eason, and Josh Okogie will draw the impossible-sounding assignment of slowing down Giannis Antetokounmpo. How they handle that challenge could determine whether Houston ends this trip on a high note or with another tough loss.
HOME: Milwaukee Bucks (6-3, 4-1 HOME)
Projected starting five:
- Ryan Rollins
- AJ Green
- Gary Trent Jr.
- Giannis Antetokounmpo
- Myles Turner
The Bucks are fresh off a 126–110 win over the Bulls, and they looked every bit the powerhouse they’re supposed to be. Giannis Antetokounmpo was simply dominant, dropping 41 points, 15 rebounds, nine assists, and adding his usual mix of hustle stats with two steals and two blocks. When he’s in that mode, Milwaukee’s almost impossible to stop.
Myles Turner chipped in with his best game of the season, scoring 23 points, hitting five threes, and even swiping four steals. Backup guard Ryan Rollins stayed steady with 20 points, four assists, and three steals, exactly the kind of spark they’ll need again against a young, long Houston team.
Still, the Bucks could use more from their shooters. AJ Green and Gary Trent Jr. combined for just 4-for-17 in that win, and they’ll have to find their rhythm soon, especially with the Rockets packing size and mobility at nearly every position. Giannis will do Giannis things, but it’s the supporting cast that could decide this one.
