Nick Smith Jr. – 25 points, 6 assists, 5 3PM – Nov 4 vs. POR

Two years after being a lottery pick turned afterthought, Nick Smith Jr. is writing a redemption story. On a two-way deal with the Lakers, he stepped up big with LeBron, Luka, and Reaves all out, co-leading L.A. to a road win. Confident, composed, and fearless – this was a statement game for the young guard.

Josh Giddey – 29 points, 15 rebounds, 12 assists – Nov 5 vs. PHI

Josh Giddey continues to evolve into one of the league’s most versatile triple-double machines. Against Philly on Wednesday, he powered a comeback win with his trademark blend of control, vision, and rebounding hustle. At just 23, Giddey is looking more and more like the man for Chicago’s future.

Derik Queen – 12 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists, 4 steals – Nov 5 vs. CHA

The Pelicans drew criticism for trading an unprotected first-rounder to land this kid, but the rookie is starting to justify the gamble. He showed flashes of two-way brilliance against the Hornets on Wednesday, impacting the game with his passing, defense, and poise. The verdict’s still out, but the early signs are promising.

Deni Avdija – 26 points, 10 rebounds, 9 assists – Nov 6 vs. OKC

Deni Avdija’s breakout season just keeps rolling. He nearly posted a triple-double while leading the Blazers to a statement win over the defending champs this past Friday. Averaging 25.3 points per game (up eight from last year) the 25-year-old’s newfound confidence and consistency are turning him into one of this season’s best surprises.

Jalen Duren – 22 points, 22 rebounds – Nov 6 vs. UTA

Another game, another monstrous double-double for Jalen Duren. The Pistons big man bullied Utah inside this past Friday, racking up 22 points and 22 boards in a dominant effort. The Jazz had no answers for his physicality, and as his offensive confidence grows, Duren is quickly becoming a legitimate nightly problem for opponents.

Trendon Watford – 20 points, 17 rebounds, 10 assists – Nov 9 vs. TOR

Trendon Watford’s first career triple-double was a feel-good moment. The hard-nosed forward showed relentless energy, crashing the boards, creating for teammates, and scoring when needed. It’s always special when an overlooked journeyman gets his shine — and this performance proved that hustle and heart can absolutely light up a box score.
